Choose to be a Champion

Are you working a 90-day plan?  If not, keep reading.  We will review some proven concepts for developing a simple, yet powerful 90-day plan … and create results!

October through December is a cycle that, when worked effectively, can dramatically impact and define the pace of your business as you close 2017!

Are you ready to experience the power of a 90-day plan?  If so, now is the time to take action! (And if you didn’t get last week’s free 90 Day Plan worksheet, go to to request it.)

To begin, let’s review the gauges (or measurements) that make up your plan.  The gauges you choose to monitor will depend on your company’s business system.

To keep this simple, I have broken it down into three categories: Action Steps, Mindset and Results.

Action Steps:

Set a daily/weekly/monthly goal for:

∼   New people you reach out to

∼   New people you TALK to about your products and business

∼   Three-way calls with your Sponsor or upline mentor

∼   Referrals you ask for

∼   Social media outreach

∼   Follow-up calls you make

∼   Prospects attending guest-driven events

∼   Networking events you attend

These are just some of the gauges that can support new referrals, sales and sponsoring.


I strongly believe that our Mindset is the key for high achievement.   As I always say, “Mindset trumps Skill set.” To begin, simply make a commitment to invest 15-30 minutes of Personal Development reading (or listening) every day!

Marianne Williamson sums this up beautifully when she says, “You must develop a new way to think before you can master a new way to be.”

Personal Development is just like any practice.  Do your best.  If you miss a day, pick it back up the next day.  You owe it to yourself to Master your Mindset and tap into your unlimited potential.


Set a monthly goal for:

∼  # of new partners you Sponsor

∼  # of new Customers you sign-up

∼  Paid-As Title

∼  Personal Volume

∼  Organizational Volume

∼  Earning a specific company incentive

∼  Income

Let’s keep this simple:

  1. Identify the Action Steps you choose to track each month and set a goal in each category.
  2. Commit to a Personal Development practice.
  3. With the belief that you will meet and exceed the goals you set with your Action Steps, identify your ultimate results.

Once you’ve created your plan … you will know exactly where you want to be by December 31 or sooner.  Achievement starts with clarity!

With your plan in place, now it’s up to you.

Every day you get to decide whether or not to take action.  Every day you have an opportunity to step into your greatness!  Every day you can choose to be a Champion.
