Helping Nonprofits Grow.
Helping People Thrive.
Fundraising leadership, training, and a voice for living fully – at every stage of life.
For most of my career, I crisscrossed North America as a speaker and author, helping hundreds of thousands of people overcome fear and achieve more than they thought possible.
Then something shifted.
I discovered that the skills I’d spent decades building – storytelling, relationship-building, strategic thinking – were exactly what mission-driven organizations needed. So I made the leap into nonprofit work. And it turns out, raising money for causes that genuinely matter is the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.
Today I help nonprofits build the sustainable funding programs they need to do more of what matters. I still speak, train, and consult selectively. And every month, I write about what it means to live fully in the second half of life.
Whatever brought you here – I’m glad you stopped by.
Nonprofit Fundraising
I partner with mission-driven organizations to build resource development programs that actually work – donor relationships, fundraising events and campaigns, grants, community partnerships, and everything in between. I don’t just consult from the outside. I roll up my sleeves and get it done.
Strong project management is at the core of everything I do. I bring the same strategic thinking and attention to detail to a grant application as I do to a sold-out fundraising event – because sustainable funding requires both.
Speaking & Training
Over more than a decade on stage, I’ve presented to more than 100,000 people live and earned the Certified Speaking Professional designation – held by fewer than 17% of National Speakers Association members. I offer keynotes, workshops, and customized training programs that go beyond inspiration to deliver real, measurable results – guaranteed.
Inspired Retired
Every month I write about what it means to live fully in the second half of life – with curiosity, courage, and a little humor. It started as a column in the Prescott Daily Courier and has grown into something I genuinely love.
Because retirement isn’t an ending. It’s an invitation.
Let’s Talk
