What to Expect
I know planning a spectacular conference, assembly, meeting, or any event takes a lot of time and money. I also understand that success is measured by how much the audience learns, remembers, and enjoys their experiences. Whether you need a keynote speaker or a motivational sales trainer, my goal is to make your job easier, impress your attendees (so you look fantastic!), and ensure your event is a huge success.
1. Get in Touch Contact our office to discuss your engagement. We’ll confirm Leslie’s availability for your specified date – and schedule a call for you to connect.
2. Consultation Leslie will virtually meet with you and others on your team. This discussion will help her gain insight regarding your organization, event theme, meeting objectives and industry trends. Your booking date will be tentatively held as the details are ironed out.
3. Book Your Date To secure your date on Leslie’s Calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of her fee is required. Everything is sent quickly, and all contracts come with E-sign capabilities. Upon agreement of the signed contract, and based on our consultation, Leslie will prepare a presentation that is personalized to suit your event.
4. Payment Leslie’s remaining balance will be due no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event. Leading up to the event, we will also confirm the room set-up, provide any marketing materials for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate travel itinerary, staging, and other logistics.
5. Showtime Leslie will generally arrive the day before her presentation. This allows for early sound check on the day of the event and adequate time to review other elements of the production to ensure SHOWTIME success.
