My upcoming book is titled “Outrageous Achievement” and my most popular keynote presentation is titled “Outrageous Courage”.

In this keynote, I share three personal experiences: flying on a trapeze (my abject fear, swinging at 60 feet in the air); singing in public (the most vulnerable 15 minutes of my life); and sky diving (the absolute scariest thing I could imagine). In each instance I chose to surmount my deepest fears, and life-changing transformation and empowerment resulted.

The moral of my story is: “The perception of what’s possible is on the other side of fear.”

So how do you find the courage to face your fears? It starts with awareness of what’s holding you back. While fears can take many shapes, wear various disguises, and show up in different ways, I am going to focus on the five universal fears – fear of:

Failure

Rejection

Success

Judgment

Change

I want you to be inspired about your life: Where you are now, and what’s ahead for you. Regardless of your current position or situation, you have the unlimited potential to be great – or greater. I want you to be motivated to act; for it is through action that our dreams become our reality.

Therefore, I am going to do everything I can to support you in taking action like never before, understanding what to do like never before, expanding your vision like never before, and moving through fear or limiting beliefs like never before.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing excerpts from my book, which launches on Kindle on February 23.
