So what would you like to achieve in your Direct Selling Business in 2022?

Are you ready to experience the power of a 90-day plan? If so, now is the time to take action!
To begin, let’s review the gauges (or measurements) that make up your plan. The gauges you choose to monitor will depend on your company’s business system.
To keep this simple, I have broken it down into three categories: Action Steps, Mindset and Results.
Action Steps:
Set a daily/weekly/monthly goal for:
- NEW people you reach out to
- Consistent Social Media outreach
- Prospects attending Guest-Driven events
- NEW people you actually TALK to
- Connect Calls with your Sponsor or upline mentor
- Earning your companies Fast Start or Achievement bonuses.
- Referrals you ask for
- Follow-up calls you make
- Networking activities whether live or virtual
These are just some of the gauges that can support new referrals, sales and sponsoring.
Mindset:
I strongly believe that our Mindset is the key for high achievement. As I always say, “Mindset trumps Skillset.” To begin, simply make a commitment to invest 30 minutes of Personal Development reading (or listening) every day!
In order to meet and exceed your goals, you must get your mindset ahead of your paycheck. Marianne Williamson sums this up beautifully when she says, “You must develop a new way to think before you can master a new way to be.”
Anyone can learn the skills to create success in Direct Selling. And yet, without a positive mindset, you are just a highly skilled person who is stuck!
And Personal Development is just like any practice. Do your best. If you miss a day, pick it back up the next day. You owe it to yourself to Master your Mindset and tap into your unlimited potential.
To quote Jim Rohn, “For things to change, you have to change!” I’ve always found that quote liberating and empowering! I hope you do too!
Results:
Set a monthly goal for:
- # of new partners you sponsor
- # of new customer you sign-up
- Paid-As Title
- Personal Volume
- Organizational Volume
- Earning a specific company incentive like a Fast Start or Achievement Bonus and/or helping those you sponsor earn it
- Monthly income
Let’s keep this simple:
- Identify the Action Steps you choose to track each month and set a goal in each category.
- Commit to a Personal Development practice.
- With the belief that you will meet and exceed the goals you set with your Action Steps, identify your ultimate results.
Once you’ve created your plan, you will know exactly where you want to be by March 31 or sooner. Achievement starts with clarity!
With your plan in place, now it’s up to you.
Every day you get to decide whether or not to take action. Every day you have an opportunity to step into your greatness! Every day you can choose to be a Champion.
