Welcome to the Spring Season!
As you move into this new quarter, are you working a 90-day plan? If not, keep reading. We will review proven concepts for developing a simple, powerful action plan that creates results!
I love working a 90-Day plan. It’s popular for many reasons. For one, it conforms to the quarters of the year and the seasons of the calendar. There is comfort and familiarity with a three-month period.
Additionally, 90 days is not too long. It’s not as if you’re committing to do something for one year, two years or five years. Anyone can commit to 90 days!
So, it’s not too long, and yet, it’s long enough. Consistent activity over 90 days is long enough to create new habits, new skills and new growth. This can result in an increase in sales, sponsoring, volume and income.
Tailor your 90-day plan to work with your company’s business system and pay plan. Work with your Sponsor or upline leader to set your goals for the Spring Season, then create and implement a 90-Day Action Plan to bring those goals to fruition.
Second Quarter Is Pivotal
April through June is a critical period. Before you move forward, take time to look back on 1st quarter. How did you do? In what areas do you want to improve? Where did you excel? Did you meet or exceed your goals? If so, great! Keep up the momentum!
If not, it’s time to turn it around and get into the rhythm of activity necessary for success.
Measure and Monitor for Success
To begin, let’s review the gauges (or measurements) that make up your plan. The gauges you choose to monitor will depend on your company’s business system.
To keep this simple, I have broken it down into three categories: Action Steps, Mindset and Results.
Action Steps:
Set a daily/weekly/monthly goal for:
- New people you reach out to and share your products and business
- Social Media engagements: Lives, Posts, Reels, follow-up
- Connect Calls with your Sponsor or upline leader
- Guest-Driven events you host, invite to, and attend
- Referrals you ask for
- New partners you mentor into your company’s Fast Start program
- Follow-ups you make
- Stories you share with your team that reflect your activity
- New names you add to your list
- Networking events you attend
These are just some of the gauges that support new sales, sponsoring and leadership development – which leads to new excitement, empowerment, and results!
Mindset:
I strongly believe our Mindset is the key for high achievement. As I always say, “Mindset trumps Skill set.” To begin, simply make a commitment to invest a minimum of 30 minutes of Personal Development reading (or listening) every day!
This quote from Marianne Williamson sums this up beautifully: “You must develop a new way to think before you can master a new way to be.”
Personal Development is just like any practice. Do your best. If you miss a day, pick it back up the next day. You owe it to yourself to Master your Mindset and tap into your unlimited potential.
Results:
Set a monthly goal for:
- # of new partners you Sponsor
- # of new Customers you sign-up
- # of Fast Start earners you develop
- # of events you host, invite to and attend
- Daily Social Media Lives, Posts, and Reels
- Paid-As Title
- Personal Volume
- Organizational Volume
- Earning a current company incentive
- Income
Keep It Simple
- Identify the Action Steps you choose to track each month and set a goal in each category.
2. Commit to a Personal Development practice.
3. With the belief that you will meet and exceed the goals you set – identify your ultimate results.
Once you’ve created your plan, you will know exactly where you want to be by June 30 or sooner. Achievement begins with clarity!
With your plan in place, now it’s up to you.
Your goals and commitment must supersede any fears, doubts, or past disappointments!
Every day you get to decide if you will take action. Every day you have an opportunity to harness your innate potential. Every day you can choose to be a Champion.
