Leslie’s Story

My Direct Selling Journey began in 1991 when my mother introduced me to her DS business. We worked together at the same company for 16 years, each building a thriving business across North America.
When the founders of the company decided to sell their business, the new owner invited me to join his corporate team and take the lead with field training.
This began an eight-year journey where I ultimately worked for four different companies with three distinct business models: Direct Selling, Network Marketing and Party Plan.

At each company, I was Director of Field Development and focused on increasing sales, sponsoring, leadership development.

Since launching Leslie Zann Consulting in February of 2012, I’ve been blessed with an abundance of speaking engagements, inspiring clients, and hundreds of opportunities to work both domestically and internationally.

I believe Direct Selling allows people to embrace their core values of financial security, service, community and collaboration. It a magical alchemy of courage, potential and achievement.
