When I speak to an audience on the Law of Attraction, I support my belief by likening it to my belief in gravity or that the world is round. It’s not a matter of whether or not the Law of Attraction is real, it’s a matter of how you choose to use it to design your life – or ignore it and live at the mercy of your unconscious thoughts.

When I began tapping into this law, it redefined every aspect of my life, and it continues to be a catalyst for my evolution. It has defined the woman I am today, and it fuels my continual growth. And the most effective way I tap into this law is through a daily Personal Development practice.

You owe it to yourself to realize and enjoy your full potential; and to discover the gifts that are already inside you, just waiting to be released. I believe you are ready, or you wouldn’t be reading this right now.

Remember: We can’t control what happens in life but we can control how we respond – we can take charge of our thoughts – we can harness the Law of Attraction and develop what I call our “emotional posture”.

Did your mother ever tell you to stand up straight? If so, she was referring to your physical posture. You also have an emotional posture. When you “stand up straight” it supports your physical posture. When you “think right thoughts” it supports your emotional posture.

In the dictionary, posture is defined as a “mental or spiritual attitude”. A common trait of successful people is not only their awareness of their emotional posture, but also their dedication to keeping it authentic and positive.

Let’s think about this. Your emotional posture is reflected in your role as spouse, family member, friend, professional, or team member. It’s an attitude that drives all areas of your life. Therefore, it only makes sense that your emotional posture needs to be every bit a priority as your physical.

You can choose to purposefully develop your emotional posture. You can choose to “stand up straight” emotionally and establish who you are becoming on your terms. You can choose to take charge of your thoughts and catch yourself when they become fearful or limiting, then respond in a new and more empowering way.

When it comes to fears and limiting beliefs, it’s the way you think that gives you the power to overcome them. Most people go through life unaware of what they’re thinking or where their thoughts are taking them.

With awareness you can catch yourself if you start telling yourself a story of limited possibilities. If a persistent voice in your head chants “I can’t” and “I won’t”, with awareness you can quickly turn it into “I can and I will.”
