Are you ready for outrageous achievement but frustrated with the growth of your business? Are you looking for the best way to inspire your team to hit the ground running and take action?
In the first part of this two-part series, consider how effectively and enthusiastically you share the benefits of pace with your new partners and existing team.
The first 3, 5, 7 days of your new Consultants’ career is a pivotal time. So it just makes sense to share the many benefits of pace, taking immediate action and getting off to a fast start.
Will everyone take immediate action? NO. But many more will when you effectively share the benefits of the power of pace.
With pace in mind, many companies offer a fast track program or quick start strategy that, when accomplished within a designated period of time, reinforces and rewards the many benefits of starting fast.
These incentives support the idea that people don’t need 40 hours a week to be wildly successful in this profession. Most people start their business in part-time hours. It’s what they do in those part-time hours that makes the difference.
If your company has a fast start incentive, it just makes sense to use that program when setting the initial goals with the people you enroll.
Be sure to share the many benefits of going fast:
1) It increases their belief
2) They can earn back their initial investment
3) It strengthens their confidence
4) Pace is infectious, and people will follow their lead
5) And it’s just way more fun to go fast than slow!
And the BADA BOOM … the most important benefit of getting off to a fast start:
It creates a story of success that will support their enrolling efforts unlike anything else. And when they share this success story with their prospects … on how in part-time hours they’re having fun, building a team and earning income … this story will create interest and attract more people to take a look at their business.
This is the total shift in mindset that is created with pace! Next week we’ll continue your success story with the Power of Pace.
